Meet Kimberly

Author, Designer, and International Instructor

Kimberly Einmo is an author, designer, and international instructor of quilting, machine embroidery and heirloom sewing techniques. While living in Germany for four years, she designed original quilts, many of which are featured in her book, Quilt A Travel Souvenir, published by the American Quilter's Society (AQS). These stunning quilts capture the beauty and essence of the many different countries and exciting cities she visited in Europe.

Her articles and quilts have appeared in a variety of publications including McCall’s Quilting Magazine, American Quilter Magazine, Fons and Porter's Love of Quilting magazine and Japanese Tsushin Patchwork Magazine, and she has designed a popular and highly successful series of Mystery Quilt Classes, which are in high demand both internationally and nationally. Kimberly will also be featured in two episodes of the new 900 series of America Quilts Creatively with Sue Hausmann on PBS!

Kimberly has served as a faculty member at many national and international quilt shows and conferences including the AQS Quilt Show in Paducah, the Original Sewing and Quilt Expo, Quilter’s Heritage Celebration Show, Quilter’s Unlimited Show, and on the AQS Quilting with the Stars Quilt Cruise to the Caribbean, just to name a few.

Kimberly enjoys sharing her passion for quilting and sewing with students everywhere. Her goal is to travel the world teaching at quilt shows, guilds and on quilt cruises and land tours. Future travel plans include Hawaii, Mexico, Alaska, Europe, Australia and all over the world.
